I never saw Dr. Arnold and after reading most of the comments, I feel lucky that I didn't! I was referred to this office by my PCP after experiencing a non-stop headache for 4 months and some not-so- good blood tests. On the day of the appointment, I tried my best to come on time in spite of my terrible headache and dizziness. But this office is located on a busy plaza with a lot of buildings around, a very tricky location for GPS. As a result, I got a little bit lost and called Dr. Arnold's office 10 mins after the appointment time and was IN the office 16 minutes late. This borderline rude receptionist told me that I am marked as "no-show", which is ridiculous, because I called her and told her that I am already in the building. Same day my credit card was charged $100 without my consent for "no-show" fee, and the office manager told me that they made me a favor for not charging $250!!! Needless to say, I cancelled my rescheduled appointment with Dr. Arnold, because I strongly… believe if $$$ are more important for a doctor than being a human being and understand that she is dealing with sick people, then I don't need to see this greedy business woman. And, like it seems from the other reviews, she is not a good doctor either. So, I should be happy she didn't do me more harm.

She’ll give you every test under the sun, even repeating tests you have previously had done just to rack up the bills. She keeps you waiting over an hour each time saying “I have no idea how long it’ll take to get to you, I don’t know how long my other patients take.” Careless and smug. Run far, far away.

Erin Arnold should have her medical license revoked. I was referred to her for an examination of chronic ankle pain. While awaiting results of a blood test, she gave me a prescription for Diclofenac - 50 mg, twice daily. About 30 minutes after taking my first dose of this poison, I began to feel groggy and lightheaded. Symptoms continued for three days, so I emailed her, asking to stop. She insisted that I continue. A second email a few days later was met with the same response. The symptoms continued well past the two-week course of the medication, and after two ER visits, as well as appointments with a PCP, cardiologist, and neurologist, I have been diagnosed as having chronic migraine variant. This after never having any hint of migraine, or migraine variant, for the first 30+ years of my life. Seven months after seeing this witch (only doctor I've ever met who didn't greet me when she entered the exam room), the same lightheadedness I felt with the medication is a daily,… even hourly, occurrence. My sleep schedule has been ruined. Enjoying sunny days and conversation with others is a thing of the past. Advancing in my career has become an afterthought. Dating? Hard to remember what that is. I am now trying other, very intrusive medications (antidepressant, anti-seizure) in order to find something that will restore my brain to normal. Because I've held onto my job, no lawyer wants to take the case. So don't worry, Erin - Lady Justice won't be paying you a visit. You just keep taking those international vacations and sunning yourself - not that your leathery skin needs it.

Dr Arnold has been treating me for years, she is kind and personable. I am not just a number i am a person and she remembers my history. When i email she always gets right back to me. Appointments are always on time. She takes the time to listen to me and how i am feeling. I have tried other Dr's closer to me, but none of them compare to her.

I showed up for first appt 15 minutes late after calling office staff advising them I was running slightly behind. Since I was unfamiliar with the location, and the exact office building it took time to determine where to park in the crowded parking lots. I looked at my Fitbit as I walked in the door and noted the exact time, stating it aloud to the aloof receptionist whom I spoke to 25 minutes earlier. The greeting and overall reception by the lady receptionist was cold at best. When she told me I was 15 min late and it would be a problem, I apologized and offered to reschedule. We then set up a later appt date. I was preparing to leave when she announced that I owed them $250.00 for being a NO SHOW! I’m certain my jaw dropped. This seemed completely unreasonable to me, as I was standing in the office, only 15 minutes late. I asked to speak to the ofc manager who was on a conference call and unavailable to meet. I left a message to be called back, then CANCELLED the future appt I… had just made. Who wouldn’t after that treatment? The receptionist assured me the ofc mgr would tell me the same thing because it is their “policy!” As inflexible and determined as was the receptionist, the mgr told me in no uncertain terms about their policy of charging when appts are cancelled or are ‘no shows’ as the Dr allows the full appt time for each new patient and that time cannot be reused and/or charged to another patient. To be fair, I was never offered a shorter time to spend with this doctor after showing up 15 minutes late, and there would have been at least 45 minutes left for a minimum one hour appt. Instead, I was advised she could now not see me, and I was being charged the $250.00. WOW! To my benefit, the original credit card I had booked my appt with had been closed, and they were unable to automatically charge this unsubstantiated amount. Since that time I have been getting repeated bills, to which I’ve responded to in writing, opposing the bill each time, while never hearing back from anyone. It borders on abuse. I’m sorry, but this treatment of patients is over-the-top callous and detached and not the culture I would expect or ever want from any Doctor or his/her office staff. This needs to be reported, and now is, along with notification to the BBB.

i love love love Dr Arnold, she is very caring ,knowledgeable, . Always answers my text questions right away. I have tried other Dr's closer and no one takes the time, care and kindness she does. She takes the time to answer all my questions and explains her thoughts . The wait time is very short. She is worth the hour plus drive to see her. I have seen her for over 10 years. Thank you for everything you do Dr Arnold.

I absolutely agree with the other three patients. Has too many patients, thinkjs it is a race or something to see who has the most. Wait time for me was 1 hour the last 3 times. Definitely has her NP do everything, listens to her and comes in the room, does not ask anything but does what the np tells her. NP was not nice. I told Dr Arnold that she needs to think about the patient waiting time. And she said that maybe I need a new Dr. I said she was right. I sent her a letter explaining why I did think that I need a new dr. and that I started with her father and then her, and I had my husband go to her. But she had no reason to treat me like she did. And her NP only was worried about my knee, which I only said it was bothering me a little when she asked if there were any other issues. So when Arnold came in she said get up on sthe table and I will give you a shot in the knee. I said I was not there for my knee but for my hand, and she replied that she cannot help my hands,… and that maybe the shot in my knee would go to my hand. That was enough for me. Something happened to her because she changed. And I believe that she has too many patients scheduled each day. that is what I think about Dr. Arnold....there is more...

Up-to-date on treatments. Concerned and caring Funny. My husband and I both see her and will not retire out of Illinois because we would have to find another doctor. Four thumbs up from our family!

You will see a Medical Assistant, then a Physicians Assistant then Dr. Arnold. You will be there awhile waiting in between these visits mostly. The Physician Assistant yelled at me because I self-diagnosed (turns out I was right) and I felt hopeless and sad. Eventually Dr. Arnold threw her arms up in the air and said “I don’t know what to do for you”. In essence, she left me to fend for myself.
