Dr. Erin Boyd, DO

The worst of the worst. MOST of the ER doctors at TMH ER are really horrible, but she is one of the very worst. There are a few good ones, but not her. Just watch her Tik Tok video and see how she REALLY feels about anyone coming into the ER. No wonder TMH has an F rating on Leapfrog and Patient Safety. If you see her in the ER, run, don't walk. Get out as quickly as possible. Shame on any hospital for hiring her. She is ALL that is bad about (wannabe) doctors.

Dr Boyd is everything that is wrong with healthcare. If physicians dont start caring about the systems in which they work, they deserve every ounce of scrutiny and disdain they bring upon themselves. You, Dr Boyd should be ashamed of yourself. You are actively hurting people.

I had such a bad exprience with Dr. Boyd. She spent about 1 min with me and said she can't do anything. I was heartbroken due to her lack of compassion. A previous PA said they will do the best to take care of me and she came in and said they can do anything which is understandble but It's the way she said it. It seems like I wasn't supposed to be there because I was scared for my heath. I had to ask for a follow up doctor and she gave me a doctor that doesn't take my insurance. I am writing this review hopefully she could see this and learned the importance of compassion no matter how sick or non-er patient case that she is nicer and so others won't have to go through that. Dr. Boyd is a very compassionate doctor. Been in her care twice at TMH. She always manages to help me feel better and very encouraging. I highly recommend her to people. Keep doing a great job Dr. Boyd and please know that you are appreciated. Shput out to Heather which is the nurse, great bedside manners
