If you want a healthcare group that DOES NOT CARE, then call this office. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and avoid them. The dr isn’t bad but her staff is the WORST! (Especially the receptionist) one of the worst experiences I have ever had!

Dr. Bradley is a caring, knowledgeable and talented doctor. I have been going to her for 20+ years and trusted my children's care with her as well. When I visit I feel like a family member and completely comfortable discussing my medical challenges. Thank you Dr. Bradley!

Dr. Bradley has been my primary doctor for over 15 years. She is very competent and spends time to answer any questions.

easy to make appoints, flexible scheduling, stayed late so I could pick up paperwork. kind bedside manner. very knowledgeable.

I am a nurse by trade. When I moved to the area I was referred to her by many people so I felt confident making an appointment. Was I ever wrong! Her bedside manner is horrible, if you question her she talks down to you. I saw her twice and each time was a nightmare. I would never go back nor refer her to ANYONE I cared about

I saw Dr Erin Bradley for years. I initially thought I was getting good care, as I would go in with a complaint and walk out with a persription every time. As my health continued to deteriorate, and as symptoms mounted, I continued to receive perscriptions that treated symptoms. I battled chronic skin infections, fatique, depression, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, eye problems, pitting edema, elevated resting heart rate in the 110 to 120 rate, shortness of breath with exertion, etc. If I asked why am I having so much swelling in my legs? She would say,"you eat too much salt that's why." She put me on antidepressants, and said you're depressed, etc. I continued to deteriorate, had back surgery, other problems. I had a dramatic deterioration in my health and when I tried to get her to work me up, she kept telling me I had galbladder disease even though I knew I didnt. she spent a month sending me to tests even though they did not support this. I had to research myself for… diagnosis. I came up with lyme disease and cancer. I made them fit me in as I was so sick. The office girl was rude and mean. I told her I needed more than 5 or 10 minutes, as I was so ill and was a single parent and was so worried that I knew something was wrong. I got in to the appointment and Dr Bradley proceeded to tell me off with the door open so that all the staff and patients could hear. She then told me that I did not have lymes disease and she refused to listen to me and instead demanded to know why I had quit taking the antidepressants. ( I had a serious reaction to the cymbalta and had to stop it) I then told her, then I have cancer because I know something is very wrong with me. She asked who did my well women checks (She had been doing them) and did and exam and found a large breast mass and told me she didnt think it was anything and then referred me for mammogram. I found out that I had advanced breast cancer and theat I had advanced lymes disease. I dropped off all the test results. When I went to see her next she said "I dont treat lymes disease and here is an oncologist" That was it. Basically like dont come back. She was cold and unsympathetic and didnt care at all.

Went to Dr. Bradley for a couple of years while I lived in the area. She was my general physician, doing annual paps, keeping up my other meds and everything - no problems at all. I don't have many medications, but I get the impression that she's not a pill doctor; that she'd rather solve a problem than just throw pills at it. Overall, good doctor. Nice and knowledgeable. Recommend.

My children and I have been patients of Dr. Bradley's for over 12 years and even though we've moved and aren't as geographically close anymore, we still see her as our family physician. Her medical knowledge is second to none. She has a bedside manner (which is very important to me) that puts her in a category of her own. In today's world where we seem to be just numbers and not people, Dr. Bradley never makes us feel like that. She's a very caring and compassionate doctor, answers all our questions, and makes sure we understand what she tells us before we leave her office. I would recommend her highly.

I had a ruptured ear drum but they couldnt bother to see me because I was a new patient even though they offered me a 10:45 appointment before they found out I was new. This is pretty poor service in my opinion. I would NEVER go to this clinic.

My kids and I have been patients of Dr. Bradley's for over 10 years and she has always gone above and beyond the call of duty. She spends time talking and getting to know you and doesn't make you feel like you're "just another patient" she has to see like some other docs. She explains things as far as her diagnosis and treatment to make sure you understand. She's wonderful!
