Dr. Erin Neill Bromley

Dr. Bromley has been my dentist now for about 10 years. When I first went there I had Dr. Bromley remove all of my military installed dental amalgam fillings because of the mercury in them. She was quite experienced in utilizing all of the procedures normally only used by environmental dentists. She then replaced all of my fillings with resin fillings. I have found Erin to be a really fine dentist and a most delightful person. Her office always hums along smoothly and she and her staff all seem to really enjoy their work and being together. I cant imagine that anyone would NOT be delighted with her as their dentist.

I was referred to this office by a family member. I had just moved to Missouri. I moved from WA state where I worked over 16 years as a board certified dental assistant. I made an appointment because I was sure I had a cavity. I fist saw Dr.Broyles and she said no it was not a cavity but some calculus. So Dr. Erin suggested I come in the next day for a cleaning appointment. While I had my exam Dr. Erin confirmed it was not calculus but a very large cavity. So she had me schedule an appointment to have the cavity taken care of. She said I would get a professional discount (I have never seen). I ended up having the 3 unit bridge removed and prep for a new bridge. No xray was taken to show the extent of the deep decay. Dr. Bromley prepared the teeth and left the assistant did the rest of the procedure. Then I returned to have the permanent bridge inserted. I never once saw either of the dentist. The assistant placed, adjusted and permanently cemented the bridge and sent me on my way to… the financial office. I went in and ask to know how much I owed to pay my portion. The financial manager had no ideal how much it would be. I told her I will give her a check for $100. The next thing I got was a bill in the mail. The insurance needed a xray to verify the need to replace the bridge with a xray. I called their office and spoke to the business manager. I told her a xray need to be submitted with a discription. I also said I had not been give my professional discount as promised. She said not to worry she with get everything taken care of and call me back. Then I got a letter I was sent to collections. No adjustments were made and no one has ever called me back except for their collection agency. Poor quality of financial communication. I refuse to pay until they get what they said they would do done. I felt like all they want is your money. The front reception was not friendly never smiled. Also heard assistants and front office lady gossiping about office stuff. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!
