Erin Maureen Chaney

Erin Chaney, DNP, ARNP is a Primary Care Nurse Practioner with over 25 years of healthcare experience and currently offering a wide range of primary care services at Three Health. Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Washington and worked as a critical care nurse for many years. After she transitioned to a healthcare management role, she then attended the University of Massachusetts to complete a doctorate in nursing practice degree at the University of Massachusetts which also prepared her for her adult-geriatric primary care nurse practitioner board certification.For the past 5 years, Erin has worked in both primary care services for adults of all ages, as well as breast oncology and breast cancer prevention.Erin is dedicated to her patients and their well-being.
