Dr. Erin Beth Clayman

Erin Clayman, was so amazing. She is the best I’ve ever had. She explains everything to you the way you can understand it, and she has a patience. Best interest at heart. She is incredible. She will tell you just the way it is and she will make suggestions so easy to work with her and everyone at Dr. HICKS‘s office are amazing but Aaron goes above and beyond the call and she always remembers your name and she will always give you helpful hints on how to rehab and get to feeling better faster Thank you Erin for everything you do and for the way you have treated me for the last six years I sure do appreciate you and if anybody reads this, she is the best don’t be afraid to go to her at all. You will be in great hands.

Erin refused to transfer a prescription after Cox hospital staff mistakenly called it into the wrong pharmacy. When asked by the nursing staff to transfer it, she stated," I'm not transferring it, it is just down the street, she can just go get it!". I called her myself, she was condescending on the phone as she reiterated how it was just down the street. She called my husband, who was the one that had the surgery, even though he was still under the influence of the anesthesia & started yelling at him about "how did I drive to Springfield, if I didn't want to drive in Springfield traffic". She still insisted on NOT transferring the prescription. My husband was NOT completely coherent yet from the anesthesia. She kept yelling & saying she wouldn't transfer the prescription, he said, "fine I'll just sue you then." She hung up on him. He also said several things to her while on the phone that didn't make any sense at all, a competent person would have picked up on that and… realized that he wasn't completely out from under the influence of the anesthesia. She called back again & this time she was kinder in her voice & how she addressed everything. She said she couldn't transfer the prescription, she blamed the Dr. that he wouldn't call her back. She ended up calling in a new prescription to the pharmacy where we wanted it to go in the first place. Funny, she told us earlier that SHE was just the PA, she couldn't call in prescriptions, so she LIED about that!!! She is the PA for Dr. Hicks. She told him, that my husband said he was going to sue Him too! She forgot to mention the fact that MY HUSBAND WAS STILL UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THE ANESTHESIA WHEN SHE CALLED HIM!!!! She treats people with an abundance of disrespect, then is INCAPABLE of owning up to her actions. So she lies and makes erroneous statements to others to cover up what she did. Do NOT trust this person , if you have to go to the clinic where she works.
