THEY DONT CARE FOR YOU!!!!! It is unfortunate that I selected Dr Doe. The entire process was like a joke to him. He is most certainly condescending. I explained to him that his office staff was sending me other patients emails and that by consistently over booking that his staff could not keep up with his patients in a personal way: was after my 1st surgery. My second surgery was even a bigger disaster. They refused to get my post surgery meds right up until the moment I was going into surgery ant my continued insistence although I had reminded them numerous times that they had failed to get them to me. My vision doesn’t isn’t clear now I am see double everything, but he will not call me back no matter how many messages I leave for him or the office manager $8500.00 later and they do not care that I can’t see!!!!!! I have to close one eye to keep from getting double vision and nausea. I finally went up my records so i can find someone else to clean up his mess and when I when in the… front desk handed me someone else’s paperwork. I explained that I was female and had cataract surgery and this paperwork was for a male who needed glasses. She for real told me “I don’t care” “sign this paperwork or you can’t get your records”. I signed it and asked for a copy. She gave me a copy of another patient’s paperwork!! I asked for Dr Die to call me over 10 times and he has yet to return my call!!!!! JUST SAY NO AND FIND A CARING DOCTOR! I still see double and although my vision wasn’t clear before I did not have this issue. Shame on you Dr Doe!!!

Okay, if you are gonna be a doctor who is funny, atleast make it funny! I had to do a lot of fake laughing and when I am so dis shoveled, the last thing I want to do is boost your ego. He had alot of awkward pauses but maybe its because he was looking at my eyes. I felt like a baby gazelle in a jungle with a lion (now thats funny). Anyways, I felt he was very attentive to what I was saying and he knew exactly what was wrong when 3 other doctors didnt! He also made sure my mom understood what was going wrong with me as well. Only con- stop making jokes or make them funny. Pro- amazing doctor and very smart. He will know instantly what is wrong with you.

The office staff are actually people friendly and professional,nice for a change. :-)Overall,a relaxing experience. The Dr. was in the room maybe 2 minutes.He did his job and left but his bedside manor was nonexistent... but he was very much a professional and I left feeling like the examination was expertly done. His credentials are outstanding,very impressive.Maybe he is overqualified for this office?He acted very cold when I asked him 2 questions. Maybe it's just his personality. I didn't take it personal but it kind of surprised me that he was that abrupt.Too bad...he is so cute. I'll go back to this office but I'm going to see the other Dr. next time.

efficient office staff, treated with caring and professional attitude, would highly recommend
