Dr. Dunphy is always very thorough. She is very focused on the vision exam, but not dismissive. She listened to my concerns re: using reading glasses in my profession and provided a prescription that is working out beautifully. I appreciate that she listened to my needs.

Dr Dunphy is extremely good at listening to patient's concerns. When you come in with a problem she walks you through the entire exam process explaining complete exam & what she is looking for. She explains diagnosis, lets patients ask questions & tells you what to watch for in future which could be a sign of more serious problem. She also made a point of saying that Opthalmology dept has a doctor on call on weekends. This is one of the best departments for patient care! A welcome change and I know I am getting "best of practice" care.
