Dr. Erin M Fly, DO

Dr. Fly is very caring, but prone to friendly conversation and can easily go off track before you remember to mention your reason for the visit whether it's stomach discomfort or a cold. I take a paper list with me of medical problems/concerns I have. Once you get down to business, Dr. Fly is a skilled, adept physician. She can multi-task and still be personable. And she has excellent recall. She'll remember you had that back pain or strep throat in prior years. One aspect I don't like is that is that the medical assistants/nurses aren't the best trained. They do not wash their hands when going from one patient to another and come to work when they're sick. One coughed and sneezed the entire time I was in the exam room and then tried to give me a vaccine without washing her hands. The last thing I want is going for a wellness exam and ending up with the flu three days later because a medical assistant doesn't practice good aseptic technique.
