Dr. Erin Emmanuel Hanover, MD

Terrible doctor. If someone in psychiatry can't tell when someone is psychosis is lying then they don't know what they are doing. She let our family member go home untreated, unmedicated and undiagnosed when they were a threat to society. This woman should not be allowed to practice medicine in her field.

I don't even want to go into detail about all the things wrong with this practice. The rudeness factor that everyone keeps mentioning is very accurate. Especially the girl at the front desk. I just a recently had a follow up appointment with Dr. Hanover and I arrived 10 minutes EARLY!!! But sat in the waiting room for over an hour!!! Dr. Hanover seems inexperienced yet very opinionated in her diagnosis. At my first appointment she seemed very genuine and interested in helping me but after the following visits it is now clear that she is not really listening or trying to get an understanding of where I am coming from. She definitely acts like she's listening as she paraphrases what I tell her on her laptop. But for some reason she can't seem to understand that the current treatment plan isn't working for me.

Dr. Hanover is very nice and caring. You can tell she really cares. However, her office staff are the rudest most uncaring people. Today I needed a Rx refilled. The clinical assistant returned my call and told me I needed to schedule an appointment and to give my pharmacy number when I did this. I called, made the appointment without problem but forgot to leave my pharmacy information. I called back to leave my pharmacy number. The receptionist put me on hold for 21 minutes.!!!! Dont know why.

Everyone that works there is SO rude! Especially the receptionist! The turn over is huge. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

You must have a gps and compass to find the office. I got lost on the way to my first appointment, was put on hold for five minutes when trying to get directions. When I found the building, there were no signs. I was 10 minutes late not for the appointment but for arriving early to do the paperwork. Rather than taking 10 minutes from my appointment time I was reprimanded and turned away by a very rude receptionist. I drove 45 minutes, experienced a lot of frustration, and was treated very poorly. If you need help, this is not the office for you.

Dr. Erin Hanover is most professional. I have found that this doctor is a very caring and understanding individual. Dr. Hanover listens to her patents and gives good feedback that is very helpful in dealing with problems patient's may have.I would recomend Dr. Erin Hanover due to the fact that her bedside manner, accuracy in diagnosing and treating my needs have been excellent!
