Dr. Erin Herrick Haynes, DO

I think she is a good doctor. She takes the time to listen to you and allows you to participate in your own care. She is not one of those it's my way or the highway type of ME.

I went almost 15 years without seeing a doctor other than the ER. After seeing Erin Haynes for the first time for a physical I felt a tiny bit more comfortable with the medical community and Erin, in particular. However, six months after my first visit I got a really bad ear infection just a week after having dental work done. I called her office and was told five times over three days that I needed to go to a dentist. I explained each time that I had seen the dentist and he had advised me to see my doctor. Erin refused to even see me, much less treat the infection, and wanted my dentist to treat my ear infection. In all the back and forth I ended up at the hospital with an infected ear and ruptured ear drum. It will likely be another 15 years before I see another doctor. Erin Haynes is registered as a doctor of internal medicine who provides Adult Medicine, Family Care and Primary Care so I am not sure why she could not even look at, much less treat, a simple ear infection.
