Dr. Erin Elizabeth Kern, DO

Dr. Erin Kern is the most hateful, rude, disgusting self concerned doctor I have ever met. She doesn’t do test. She is there to get you in and out. She has her own agenda. She doesn’t care about you as a patient nor your time. She makes you wait 30 plus mins and then advises you to go to another doctor and then come back and tell her what is diagnosed. She’s a quack! Should of read her reviews! Will never make that mistake again.

Dr. Kern was my physician. Can’t say enough, concerning her bed side manner, and I found soon she was a very good Dr., even though she looked 14. Miss her! Come back!

She's a good doctor to a point but there's a lot of things that she doesn't know what taking care of patients with fibromyalgia some of the nurses are very knowledgeable but there are some that aren't they made a mistake in my files and if I would ever realize that they could have made it real bad situation

Staff not following up. Lack of communication within office. So far after 4 appointments have never done anything other than read reports and refer me. Was looking for a knowledgeable family dr. for our family.

I made an appointment for new patient which it took me 2 1/2 months get the appointment for her. I received a call the week prior to advise she decided to not take new patients. Horrible customer service I have now tried to find another primary and I have to wait another couple of months to get a new patient appointment. Very disappointing especially for a BJC physician.
