Egotistical woman who enjoys demonstrating her self iimportance. Displays no humility or compassion for her patients.

I made an appointment 4 months ago. Someone gave me the wrong time, so I missed my appointment. They will be glad to reschedule me...for 3 months from now.

Does not send biopsies to local lab in your network. Always receive a second out of network bill. Does not give thorough skin checks. Overlooked a Basel for many years that grew tremendously and wound up being a very deep removal (by another Dermatologist) Leaving a terrible scar.

I've been a patient of Dr. Long's for a number of years. She is amazing. Thorough without wasting a lot of time, able to immediately tell if something might be serious or just cosmetically annoying. She carefully listens to any concern in a professional but friendly way. She and her staff are courteous and efficient. I have been seated in the exam room BEFORE my scheduled appointment-I can't recall the last time that has happened with other physicians. Dr. Long is a brilliant, dedicated doctor who also happens to be a gifted photographer as well. The stunning prints on the walls are all hers. If you are looking for a top notch medical professional who you will feel comfortable with as well as an excellent staff, Dr. Long is the best choice.

I visited Dr Long for a full body screening. After years of yearly full body exams in another state, she was very hurried and blew off my questions.. even about Sunscreen! She spent less than 8 minutes and I felt ripped off, to say the least! Now I need another screening but don't want to pay for another since my insurance didn't pay for the 1st one.

Went in for a yearly checkup, and also to address a couple of concerns I had. I felt like Dr. Long was in a big hurry. She whisked in and out of the room like the office was on fire. I don't feel like she did a very thorough job examining me for any skin abnormalities. She seemed to have one foot out the door for the entire 3 minutes she was in the room. I hesitantly asked a couple of questions, but got pretty short answers. I would not recommend this doctor to family or friends.

Manage schedule better...too long of wait times more often than not. Absolutely phenomenal at her work, however. Best Dermatologist I've ever been associated with !
