Dr. Erin Leah Maslowski, MD

I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Maslowski and her team (Kim & Dave). I had a procedure which as with most patients - I was unaware of what would be done. I was not sure of what would occur throughout. Kim and Dave took away most of my worries answering my questions in a layman's language that allowed me to understand what I could expect. A moment later Dr. Maslowski came in and politely introduced herself. She wanted to make sure I had met the rest of the team. I felt even more relaxed seeing that she wanted to make it a more personal rather than just a professional relationship. I felt like I was part of "The Team". Dr. Maslowski explained again how the procedure would go and that there would be no surprises and she would make sure that I understood what to expect along the way. There were no surprises!

Dr. Maslowski has been my pain doctor for about a 1 1/2 years. After receiving an infection after surgery, my surgery doctor just kind of threw me at Dr. Maslowski and told her to take care of me so he didn't have to. She has been a godsend. She has never dealt with a case like mine, but has worked with me through the long, difficult road. Dr. Maslowski has been very patient and kind with me, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and explaining everything. She doesn't pretend to know everything. As I said, we are working through this together. I did not like my surgeon, he was arrogant and uncaring. I would have been miserable having to work through all of my issues with him, for he had no empathy; but Dr. Maslowski is very caring. I don't know what I would have done without her! She is always smiling and cheerfully, really easy to talk to. She is even very friendly to her staff, which says a lot! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
