Dr. Erin Marc Moore, MD

I had some f/u questions which is incumbent that the staff is proactive with collaborating with the doctor so that the patient doesn't feel that the doctor does not care. Erica did just that, she found that no one had responded to a question which I had, and took the time to respond, even though the question had gone unanswered for some time. I am very appreciative of that. It may have seemed obvious to the professional that there was nothing to be concerned about, but as a lay person, the results of my exam weren't obvious to me, so that one act of fellow feeling could cause word of mouth to happen in a good way for this office. I was pleased also with Dr. Erin's telephone manner, but did want a follow up to know what, if anything I should do moving forward. However, I think that the doctor has a very kind manner, and I would see him again if I have any future problems.

I saw him only once, just before my surgery (which I suppose was done properly) and then never again. No follow up, no post-operative instructions. I then made an appointment to see him, but it was cancelled by the office. No explanation.

I am completely dumbfounded that you refuse to allow anyone but the patient back when taking vitals. The nurse said he would not be asking any questions during this time however I've NEVER been to an appointment where the nurse taking vitals does not ask questions. So this in itself scares me for the safety of all patients that come in here. In addition to that, there is a reason some patients need to have someone with them at all times. For example when the patient has cognitive dysfunction, they may not be able to give accurate information about their medical history or even facts about yesterday. I'm am extremely disappointed in this policy at this office as well as the nurse's refusal to allow me to accompany my loved one.

Dr. Moore is not a female. He is a very capable and caring male surgeon and I would refer anyone to him. I am so thankful to have found him. He treated me and my family so well and I owe him my life.
