If i could give zero stars i would - she didn't listen to a word i said - i had some paperwork from a hospital visit and when i tried to explain what happened - she snatched the papers out of my hand and said "i can read them faster then you". I had been diagnosed with Diabetes type2 years ago and got it under control with diet and haven't had to take meds for over a year, she just said this (without even looking at my records or hearing me) - you need all these meds to control your diabetes - my AIC is 5.9 right now - she was trying to prescribe meds from results 3 years ago. She didn't listen to one current issue i have, didn't read any of my papers after snatching them from me, and continued to belittle me. I will be filing a formal complaint with Parkland and Texas Health and Human Service. She didn't listen to anything i was telling her was wrong - she just yelled back it me and walked out. We had a time working out my blood pressure. I found the final piece of the puzzle, but she was so supportive. I have greatest respect. She really listens.

She may say she speaks English, but shes too lazy or busy to do so. Plus she has Eng Comprehension problem. The title is how she talks, I'm not racist, but if I spoke her home language as bad as she speaks mine, I'd be ashamed of myself. Only met her once, one phone conversation, she accused me of trying to double dip on a prescription from my psychiatrist because she did not comprehended words I said in my email!
