Wait times are longer than I’d like, but the care extended to patients makes it worth the wait. Staff at all points of contact are friendly and helpful. They always offer to transfer me from my own supplemental oxygen supply to their tank in order to preserve my own oxygen availability once I leave their office. Dr Ozgun has an excellent bedside manner, listens and responds appropriately to my concerns. Offers solutions or explains why a possible solution is not appropriate for my particular situation. Doesn’t hesitate to refer to other medical professionals as needed. Highly recommend this doctor and staff. NOTE: current office parking location is terrible. Parking is across the street from the building entrance (even handicap spaces). Ideally you want someone (with no mobility or low oxygen issues) to drive you and drop you at the patient drop-off in front of the building.

Staff very professional, friendly and attentive. Dr. Ozgun had great interpersonal skills taking quick notes on paper rather than having eyes glued to a computer screen. Heard my concerns and responded with thought answers. Minimal wait time at any point of pulmonary function tests , X-ray and physician encounter.

Always a great experience with Dr Ozgun. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule in one day. He has a very kind manner in the office and doesn’t rush the visit, always waiting for questions before he releases me as the patient. I’m very lucky to have found such a very competent doctor like him. I feel very confident in his expertise as well as his assistant N/P miss Hurt.

Dr. Ozgun and his office is very fast and efficient! Dr. Ozgun listens to his patients and doesn't rush them. I have used him for years and will continue to use this doctor.

Dr. Ozgun always takes time to listen to me. He explains the treatment and medications thoroughly. He has always helped me understand if I am unclear about something. He has helped me be healthy while working through the woes of sleep apnea. I wouldn't consider a different doctor for myself.

The last two times I have been to see Dr Ozgun, I have been seen by a PA. I was happy to see Dr. Ozgun this visit. He doesn’t rush you, and is patient with all your questions. Hope to see him again soon!!

I saw Dr Ozgun for a sleep apnea evaluation. I was told to come 20 min early, which I did, and then waited an additional hour. He was a very nice man and he put together a game plan for how to proceed and I am very satisfied with what was decided. Will follow-up with him in early Sept once all the data is in and we will go from there. Would definitely recommend Dr Ozgun.

Had a wonderful visit. He is always professional and knowledgeable. So proud of his success. Keep up the excellent work. I don’t like the kiosk machine. The elderly sometimes need assistance with it. It causes anxiety. Annie T
