Dr. Erin Kathleen Snell, MD

Incredibly dismissive, rude, and condescending. It was apparent 60 seconds in that the appointment was going no where. ??When I had a question she lectured me as if I am a child and asked in a patronizing voice if I wanted to take over or if she could continue. She very obviously felt I was wasting her time and didn’t seem to have a problem making that known. After reviewing the after visit notes it's obvious she wasn't listening. Many items charted were incomplete, incorrect, or fabricated from thin air. A couple of the items that I felt were pertinent were omitted completely. A patient should be able to ask simple questions without attitude or condescension. I did not feel that I was receiving the care and consideration that every patient deserves. Dr. Snell’s bedside manner is unacceptable and I will not be seeing her again.??Would give zero stars if I could.

Erin is a terrible doctor, very dismissive!

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Snell. She is thorough, patient, kind and she really listens to you. I am glad I got "connected" with her as my rheumatologist, I have complete confidence in her.

Have had several appts with her and each time, I left with the feeling that she would've much rather been elsewhere.
