Sad we moved and had to switch doctors ! She was the best!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Wallace. She has been my daughters doctor for 2 years now and we trust her advice and recommendations. She gives out a lot of useful information about what to expect with you child during their current growth period at every wellness appointment, which I've always appreciated. Anytime I've had a concern one of her nurses will call me back and walk me though whatever I need. I've also had nothing by positive experiences with the front office staff. The only issue I've had is with their phones which has always been an service provider issue, I can't really fault the staff for that.

Dr. Erin Wallace dropped a patient when she was needed most because the patient missed an appointment that was not confirmed. l will not advise you to take your child to her. She can drop your child when you needed her most.

My son has seen Dr. Wallace for almost 5 years now. We have never had a bad experience and she always remembers him. I would recommend her to anyone!

With two little ones, we are in the office frequently. We are blessed to have a physician that cares about our children as if their own.

We love Dr. Wallace. She is thorough, understanding, and patient. My very timid daughter loves her and cannot wait to go and visit her. We have received EXCELLENT care from Dr. Wallace. The only downside is that it is hard to get a sick appointment if you do not call first thing at 8 am. Often, they will tell you to go to Urgent Care if they can't get you in, and it is annoying. I don't believe that is Dr. Wallace's fault, but rather how the business side of the practice is run. I would recommend her to anyone who wants thorough and thoughtful care for their children.

My experience with this Dr not the best, I four kids, one special needs, everytime they are sick, seems like everything is a virus, some of these sicknes I have to go to Urgent care or care now and they end up being an infections, One time my youngest daughter was with temp for about 5 days, took her to see Dr Wallace she asked me to come back within 24 hrs if continue, the next day my daughter was bleeding throug her ear, I did not wanted to go back to Dr Wallace I took my daughter somewhere us where they can provided in antibiotics right away and I can keep going, I not to happy here and want to find a better office for my kids. I can keep going with the bad experinces with my other kids specially my sp needs kid.

I feel sad to see the previous negative review of Dr. Wallace's clinic. Both of my daughters are treated by Dr. Wallace, and we have never had a negative experience. I always feel confident that my children will be seen promptly if they become ill, and I have never had to wait until the next day for one of them to see the doctor (unless it was late in the day when I called, and then I was able to get an appointment early the next morning.) I'd also like to add that the office has never been overly crowded when we visited. Dr Wallace is a wonderful and kind doctor, and I recommend her to any friend who is looking for a pediatrician.

She is a wonderful doctor! Unfortunately she works in an office that treats patients like cattle. They pack as many patients into the day as they can. MCNT mansfield has to many patients and to few doctors. It is hard to get an appoinment less than a week or two out. Getting an appointment on the day you find out they are sick is all but impossible.
