Erinn Alexandra Case

I saw NP Case on a Tuesday at the Perlman Clinic. I was under the impression that I was prescribed an antibiotic, but it wasn’t in the notes or at my pharmacy. I attempted to contact the clinic for 3 days before she finally called me on Friday. She was extremely degrading and patronizing during her phone call and even said she was calling out of the kindness of her heart. There was absolutely no kindness in her voice. I had explained that I went to urgent care because I was having an urgent matter and she said it wasn’t urgent. She asked me if I had ever been to an urgent care before. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner. And the fact that it took her 3 days to respond to messages received from her office shows how serious she is about her work and patients. Good thing she only works two days a week, but maybe if she worked a little more she’s be a little more accountable and responsive.
