Dr Plechot was very professional and explained my evaluation to me in terms that I could understand. He answered my questions in a caring manner as well.

Dr Plechot was very thorough and detailed about my current eyesight condition. The staff were polite and efficient.

Dr. Plechot is great at his job. My children felt at ease and very comfortable sharing their issues regarding their eyesight. He was informative and charismatic. It didn’t feel like a doctors appt . More like relating to your peers about your issues with your eyes. Teenagers are sometimes hard to relate to but my girls enjoyed their visit immensely. Even left excited about receiving glasses. Now that’s a first !!! I can honestly say he is an asset and rare among a lot of healthcare professionals. Keep up the good work !!!!

Dr. Pechot is always very patient, and explains thoroughly all of our questions. Staff is courteous and nice. We always look forward to our appointment. Thank you to all. :)

Dr Plechot and the stuff were amazing my daughter had an appointment and she’s on the spectrum they were extra patient with her and let her go on her own pace.

Reception, doctors assistant and doctor were amazing. The person who helped me choose my glasses not so much. They seemed irritated. When I asked if I could pay for my PD they said they don't give that out. I mean it's MY PD, isn't that like a medical record. I should have access to it atleast at a price right? They said they don't give it out, so what I understood was that I can't have access to MY OWN PERSONAL MEDICAL RECORD, that seems odd. Didn't think that was right.
