I change doctor because i disnt like how she is and i when back to see if i can get the medical records from my daughters well she answer reay rude saying she only had time for her patients she said to leave my name and my daughters name and that she would call me when ever she had time that it could take months lol she its really rude

Just got off the phone with this horrible unprofessional Doctor. Was looking for a new DOC to go to. She answered the phone and said " If you aren't a patient here, I'm too busy to answer your questions." And just hung up. I called back because I wasn't sure if what I heard was correct or she didn't understand me. I called back and she answered and was yelling at me to tell me she doesn't have time. I was telling her I want to make an appointment. She kept saying " IDENTIFY" yourself after I already said my name 3 times. I was pretty much over at this time. She should never yell at someone that is trying to go to her to seek help. I'm just so shocked of how she was yelling at me.
