horrible experience everytime. 3-5 hours waiting everytime..no apologies. i sit hear in his office now ...sweat dripping off me and flies literally landing on me non stop. no a/c . no consideration to put a fan in the waiting room. yet he has one in his office. my shirt is wet with sweat. the office is filthy

I have been seeing Doctor Bonner for the past four months. Being treated for multiple autoimmune diseases ( RSD, Lupus, Fibromyalgia , PSA ) which cause me horrific pain on a daily basis. I was very impressed with Dr. Bonner as soon as I met him. I found him to be very knowledgeable with all my diseases. Other doctors i have seen in the past didn't know much about my RSD, which I've had since 2005. He gave me a thorough physical exam and was very careful not to cause me more pain when palpating affected areas. I have been a Registered Nurse for 27 years and worked with many doctors and have only met one other doctor who compared with Dr. Bonner's level of expertise and empathy for his patients. Dr. Bonner is like the old fashion doctor who does everything himself ie(takes Vital signs all pertinent medical info, exam ..) usually a nurse does this, he spends as much time needed with each patient to do a thorough evaluation, this isn't the type of doctor that gets you in and out in… fifteen mins and hands you prescriptions. This may cause you to wait a bit longer in the waiting room to see him, because he does this with each patient. But the wait is well worth it. Another amazing quality that this doctor has. is when you call with a problem or question, Dr. Bonner answers his phone and you speak directly with him. Almost unheard of in this day and age. I would recommend Dr. Bonner to anyone who is looking for a doctor who truly cares for his patients. I just can't say enough good things about him. I feel truly blessed to have found him !

Always 1-4 hours late. Patients line up on floor outside of office waiting for him to causally stroll in. Then just wants to deem everyone a junky and put them on suboxone. I'm here for pain relief not addiction help.
