This doctor doesn't even deserve the one star I gave him. I have never seen a more unprofessional, unorganized orthodontics in my whole life. The staff isn't knowledgeable about half the stuff they are doing and unprofessional as well. He may have over 20 years of experience but in reality I think he is still in business only because he is the only local orthodontics that accepts Medicaid in the area. Just because Medicaid is paying doesn't mean customers don't get the same value of service.

Very unprofessional man customer service is horrible & to subject children to such horrible experience. He has no patience to be working with children. Doesn’t like to be asked questions or to explain anything. Believes he’s got many that are waiting for his services so lost patients are a dime a dozen. More where they came from is his shown attitude. Unwelcoming service provider for his field.
