Dr. Ernest Burton Miller, MD

I am not into writing reviews, but after receiving his QME report, I will write one to share my bad experience with Ernest Miller. He is a very rude and unprofessional Doctor. He did not have my current medical records and did not know why I was there. I explained to him about my injury, surgery and asked about current symptoms and this Man did not bothered to answer or comment on them. While reading my old medical records, he said " I am getting bored, lets get some measurements to get you out of here". I squeezed on the tool that measures your hand strength twice and he wrote on his report I did it three times. He probably lied on the actual numbers too since I couldn't see them. He failed to do a complete exam, but one the QME report he claims he spent 30 mins examining me and discussing my medical records (which he did not have). I was in front if him for maybe 5-10 minutes and that was because I was waiting until he got bored to examine me. When he said he was done with the… exam, I asked him again about my symptoms and he said something like " I just go by the Xray, if its not broken, then its not broken". He is very rude, unethical and unprofessional. Maybe because he is probably on his late 70s. In his report, he did not addressed all the issues that I mentioned to him and twisted somethings around. I am sure he does it frequently to keep the insurance companies happy, so they can keep sending him clients. Now, my benefits are ending and they want me to pay back over $10k in overpayment because of this guy's fraudulent QME report. If you can please go with an actual NEUTRAL Doctor. This guy will add more stress to your situation because to his state QME title. He will not care about you.

If I could, I would not give this "Doctor"a star on this review. He did not do a thorough examination nor look at my medical records and ignored what I was saying to him about my injury. Extremely RUDE and unprofessional. Did not respond to my questions. He is clearly working to benefit the insurance. Stay away from him. I was in and out of his office within 20 minutes and most of the time, I spent it waiting, yet he wrote on his report that he spent over 30+ minutes face to face examining me and discussing my medical records. This man (QME) has a lot of say on your case/injury so please do your research or get a lawyer. I Do NOT recommend him

I picked Dr Miller as my QME (huge mistake).Get an attorney before selecting any QME! I went in for my exam and he automatically assumed I didnt have anything. The MRI shows a tear & inflammation on a tendon in my wrist. Dr. Miller didnt care and wrote on his report that I didnt have an ACUTE injury and I was cleared to go back to work. He also wrote other things that I didnt say or agree with. Dr. Miller is very rude & unprofessional. Dont pick him as your QME. He is in it for the money/work man's comp, not the patient's needs. Now, I have an attorney, but I am hoping it is not too late.

Bottom line dr miller does not care about patients sent to him. He is negligent, rude, uncaring, cruel, calls woman fat, and disregard all medical evidence such as MRI, other Drs diagnoses and calls these dr liars. I urge anyone who is sent to him to not go. Find another dr. Dr miller cares for himself not his patients. Read the reviews people please

Extremely rude, breaks patient rights,calls patients names, does not look at current medical documentation and if he does he calls your dr that have been treating you for years a liar and that they make up false diagnosis. fails to do a true patient examination. I have worked with drs and i have never worked with a dr that goes against all ethics as well as he doesnt care about you as the patient, hes only in for the money. This dr needs to be investigated by the medical board as well as the IME board. He was already taken off as a QME (qualified medical examiner). Please investigate hes using his power to be dishonest and make false reports and ruin hard working, really injured peoples lifes and its unethical and illegal. And he doesnt deserve a star but it makes you rate him with 1 and then it will let you submit report..
