What an incredible doctor from the moment I stepped into his office!! Not only the doctor but the staff made me feel comfortable and gave me the knowledge I needed to know. You can tell that he cares about what he does for his patients. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to take good care of me! Community Alert I served 12 years as your Florida State Representative and I want to share my experience to protect others. I had a dental implant placed by Dr. Ernest Orphanos of Center4Smiles in Boca Raton. The implant pressed into another tooth’s root, causing severe nerve pain and it was difficult to talk for 2 months. Eventually the implant and the adjacent tooth were removed. I now have four missing teeth and severe nerve symptoms. Please do your research and consider second opinions before any dental implant work. – Honorable Irving L. I had an implant placed by Dr. Ernest Orphanos that ended up contacting the root of an adjacent tooth. Despite repeated visits and persistent pain, he dismissed my symptoms. I later had the implant reversed and the neighboring tooth extracted due to damage. I now suffer from severe nerve damage and missing teeth. I have seen two other periodontists to address an implant problem, after spending thousands of dollars, neither could fix the problem. After searching online and then inquiring with my former dentist and friend back home, I learned that not only is he an expert in implants but also a leader in the profession, lecturing all around the world on implant topics. His office was meticulous, staff very professional and friendly and Dr. Orphanos himself was very down to earth. I was skeptical after two failed attempts at fixing my problem. I cannot sing his praise enough. He is a very caring expert.

I had an extraction and 2 implants done at a later time by Dr. Orphanos. There was ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN and the next day I didn’t even require a Tylenol. He is quick ( minimizing the chance of infection), professional and an expert in his field. He answers questions, explains the process and follows up not once, but a few times with rechecks to make sure all is well. The office is caring and just nice!! Extremely clean. I cannot recommend Dr. Orphanos or his entire office more!

Never like going to the dentist—let alone having surgery. Dr Orphanos made the procedure painless and used techniques and patching to speed the healing. I will never go anywhere else. Professional excellent work!

My tooth hurt so much and I was so upset on seeing a dentist. Doc Ernie helped me painlessly. My Son an daughter both had problems and he was kind and caring to them and most of all painless!

I have been a patient and also known Dr. Orphanos for 10 years. He helped my wife and daughter. Usually office stall at Doctors offices are rude. All the staff at Dr. Ernie's office are kind and patient. I will never go anywhere else.
