Liars to your face and zero concern for patient health and needs. I was prescribed medication that requires pre-authorization. The pharmacy messaged the office, I called them, and the insurance called them THE FIRST MONTH. A month later they still hadn't done it. I asked them again 2 weeks before my refill. First the Dr office said they sent it yesterday. I pointed out that i only replied to their email asking for required information at midnight, to which within the span of 10 second and in the same breath she said she sent it today! Insurance still said nothing on their end. What they did say however (lie #2) is that the dr office only sent the forms ONCE and it was THE WRONG form, it was different from what insurance requested. Insurance and I followed up for more than a week almost every day. Now the pre-auth is declined. I am following up with a complaint to California Department of Public Health.

Dr Ernest R Rector is an Excellent Urologist,top tier across the board

I would not recommend Dr. Rector to anyone. My experience with him was very unprofessional. I saw him once and he could not diagnose my symptoms. So he ordered some tests and then did not call me back with the results for three weeks until after I had left three messages. This in and of itself is unethical, but top it off with his office lying to me about the insurance they take and then billing me for my visit before I've even gotten my test results back is absurd! DO NOT go to see Dr. Rector. Spend your money somewhere else (because you'll likely be paying out of pocket since he lies about what insurance he takes).
