Dr. Ernest Michael Sully, DO

If I could give zero stars I would. Treated my 4 year old horribly and was absolutely rude with no bedside manner. Will purposely go to a different urgent care to avoid this man. Patients beware!

On-time, friendly, knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Saw him for back pain. It was early in his 14 hour shift at Patients First. Did not seem interested in me. Just going through the motions. Not very empathetic or even interested. Guess this is why he is working 14 hour shifts at Patient First.

Dr Sully was absolutely amazing from the time he walked into the room! The instant care and concern he showed was definitely one of a kind! He even walked my labs down to be done!!! He didn’t stop there he personally walked me to go get ct scan!! I have never seen a Doctor even want to be bothered with such trivial things let alone go out of his way todo it!! Even when he wasn’t in the room his coworkers where raving about him! I have definitely never seen that, normally the nurses make some snide comment when the DR leaves! When it was time for me to go he even did my discharge!! He is absolutely a complete hands on DR!!! Dr Sully, I was just a blip in your screen today and you will probably not even remember me (hint Wonder Woman) but, you keep doing what you are doing your amazing!! Any DR. I see from here on out has some pretty big shoes to fill!!!! If you where a PCP I would drive 100’s of miles just for your approach on doing what you obviously love!! Hands down BEST ER DOCTOR… THIER IS!!!!!!!

Dr. Sully does thorough examination and gives you a complete understanding of condition and medication needed for recovery. Would recommend Dr. Sully to family and friends.....

I went to the urgent care after a fall at my work place and I was seen by E. Sully, DO. I have never met him before. I found him to be cold, rude and uncaring. I fell on my right breast and was in quite a bit of pain. The fact that I told him I was a breast cancer patient with reconstruction and I was concerned, did not matter to him. He ordered an X-ray of my chest to check my ribs, which was the right thing to do. The X-ray showed no broken ribs..thank goodness. His way of giving me a physical exam was to ask me to lift my shirt to look at my chest and breast. Not seeing any bruises he said I was fine and discharged me. I was in terrible pain and he didn't believe me and he said that I wasn't in pain. How can he tell me that I had no pain..does he feel what I feel...does he know what it feels like to fall flat on your breast...did he have breast cancer. Dr. Sully was rude, and nasty to me. I would never go to him again and I would never refer him to anyone.

I arrived & was seen as a patient in 10 minutes, A chest X-ray was given to me. I had acute bronchitis. The DR. explained everything to me & i was very pleased with his bedside manner.
