In all my years I have never had such a horrible experience in a Dr's office. If the staff was bad, so is the Dr. They required I get them medical records before they could set up an appointment, then required, after I was already at the initial appointment that I have my insurance card with Dr G's name as primary care provider. They rescheduled me. Then on the rescheduled appointment I had a family emergency. I called to reschedule. I was given an appointment for 3 weeks later. Then when I called back to see about a sooner time, thus Trina person comes on all rude and condescending. She acted like I was stupid and refused to reschedule. Apparently after this she chose to terminate me as a patient. I was never notified. I found out when I called to verify my appointment time a week prior to the date. Very cowardly on their part. No very mature or professional.
