During the pandemic, refused to refill medicine....even though i have appt in 2 weeks...without paying $200 first and doing appt via internet 2 weeks early. Avoid at all costs

I didn't even make it to the office... tried to schedule an appointment and the nurse/assistant or whatever treated me like garbage... we got really good recommendations from the doctor... but with that service, no way I'm going to try again, it's a shame

Being in healthcare, I have high expectations but I never realized how bad it can be. Very unprofessional staff & physician. Worst bedside manners. Poor communication skills & blaming it on english as a 2nd language is a poor excuse. Do not waste your time!!

English is a 2nd language and horrible bedside manners! Staff acts hurried and unconcerned. Do not recommend this office!

Dr. Ruiz and his staff are kind, present, and very thorough! They continue to care for my entire family, including my 2 year old and 6 month old! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been a patient of Dr.Ruiz for 4 years, amdoing so well thanks to his excellent care and friendly staff. I would recommend him to anyonewith asthma or allergies, you will be very pleased!

You may wait in the waiting room for 5 minutes, but at least 20 before the doctor will see you. Then plan on another 3-40 if you need any testing done. It's also difficult to get in touch with the doctor. His office staff returns calls, but then cannot answer any questions....
