Dr. Ernesto A Uy, MD

I’ve had three visits to Dr. Uy’s office to date. I have always found the front office staff very accommodating and personable. Dr. Uy’s nurses have always been very attentive and very personable as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Uy for his professionalism. His bedside manner and attitude towards his patients is excellent. I have nine more office visits in the future and plan to keep everyone.

I was new to Dr Uy. On my first (and only visit) I felt rushed. He had a checklist, didn't seem interested in anything I had to say but what was on his list. As it turned out I had an issue with one of my tests results. He never called me to discuss. I just got a call saying be here for a CAT Scan at 3pm. No discussion about possible issues, what to expect, what I wanted etc. I then expected to hear from him after the tests were done but someone else called me with the results. Nothing conclusive. The doctor had recommended another test for something seen during CAT Scan but not related to solving the initial issue. When I asked the caller about this the answer was I don't know. The doctor is gone for a month. So I had a couple questions - none of which she could answer and she just kept saying he was gone for a month. I promptly called and scheduled an appointment to see a new doctor. I won't be going back to Dr. Uy. He gets a fair rating because he did actually… order the tests. Otherwise I'd mark him one star.

I trust him with his opinions and treatments and he's also a very good listener. You never feel rushed he takes his time. A+++EXCELLENCE
