Dr. Valiente was very kind and caring. The staff was amazing. They explained me from the start what to expect from my insurance, and the comfort that they offered me during the procedure was exceptional. I recommend Dr. Valiente without reservations.

I would not recommend going there,this people will charge you the day of the service even if you have insurance and submit a different claim to the insurance,if the insurance doesn’t pay this people don’t care they keep your money and have bad attitude every time you call

I don’t recommend going there,this people will charge you for the service even if you have insurance and submit a different claim to the insurance.Becarefull you never get your money back if the insurance doesn’t pay they charge you for the service ahead of time they don’t care if the insurance pays or not they keep your money

I can say that for an procedure that is not pleasant , Dr. Valiente and staff made my oral surgery as pleasant as possible. they explained procedure in advance, asked if I had any questions, asked me to inform if I had pain, VERY polite. I would recommend this doctor.

The office charged $630 to my FSA card as a deposit for oral surgery. I cancelled the surgery, they refused to refund my money to my card, now my FSA card is suspended. I would NEVER, EVER deal with this provider again and I do not recommend.

There was ZERO nitrous oxide in the tank attached to the mask I was given to breathe through. Though I had taken medication to prevent a panic attack, I almost had one even though I had taken meds to prevent one. Since there was no nitrous to help, I rolled my shirt sleeves into a ball In my hand to keep from completely freaking out. The doctor and his staff chose to mock me rather than ease my obviously severe discomfort. Top top it all off, they refused to give me any post-op pain meds. They're masochists. I haven't eaten, slept or drunk anything because I'm in too much pain!

I had a great experience with Dr. Valiente and his staff. They are friendly and caring. The patient's comfort is their goal. They even checked on how I was feeling the next day. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
