Dr. Wilder is very unique amongst his peer group. He takes time to listen and actually treat people like they are more than cattle being herded through the barn. He is very knowledgeable and knows when and where to refer you if there is something he doesn't specialize in. A really good human being.

It is rare to find a doctor like this. He is very thorough and meticulous and will take as much time with you as needed. He listens carefully. He seems like the type who will let no patient "slip through the cracks" due to any error on his part. Excellent. Wish all doctor's had this type of ethic.

We found Dr Wilder when we had to switch insurances, and our old Dr didn't take our new plan. Dr Wilder is HANDS DOWN the best Doctor in Lake Charles! He actually spends time with you in the exam room, and doesn't act agitated when you ask him a hundred questions. His nurse is great too! It's a shame that I had to move and lose such a wonder physician!!
