Dr. Erzsebet Aniko Mazepa, MD

My recent experience with Dr Mazepa was not disappointing. She is competent, caring, compassionate, never rushes you, and always listens to anything you have to offer or ask. She is humorous and never gets disgruntled if you ask questions or question her decision. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new primary care Doc.

I would recommend Dr. Mazepa to anyone who wants a doctor that actually cares about you and takes time to listen. I have been going to her for twenty years and she has never been rude or made me feel she was not interested in my health. The downside of the practice is the office staff. They are some of the rudest people I have ever met. No pleasant greeting. They do not say can I help you. They look at you and stare. Checking out, you have to ask for your lab slips, they always forget to give them to me. Although the phone message says they are there until four, the phones are off at 3:30pm.

On numerous occassions I have been left with an undiagnosed issue or received incorrect diagnosis. When she believed she determined the problem and I followed her advice, I went in again for follow-up visit and told her that it didn't work, but instead of trying something different, she dismissed by concerns and wouldn't give me any other answers or refer me to any type of specialist. She also only spent about 3 minutes in my room with me and didn't listen. Terrible.

the doctors in this practice are awesome!! the office staff is TERRIBLE! they are RUDE and lazy. often times it's difficult to get through on the phone, and the staff will ignore your when waiting at the desk.

Dr Mazepa has a wonderful bedside manner. I recomend her for everyone that needs a Dr.
