Estefanie Ceballo is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NY), and a Licensed Professional Counselor (NJ) with over 12 years of counseling experience. Estefanie is passionate about working with adolescents and adults and has developed experience working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, and depression. She is committed to helping her clients develop the tools to live healthy lives. Estefanie completed her Masters of Science in Education with a focus in Mental Health and School Counseling at CUNY Hunter and is currently completing a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision at Montclair State University. As a cisgender Latina woman from New York, Estefanie understands how one's identity shapes the opportunities, privileges, and challenges one experiences. Estefanie utilizes an integrative approach to treatment, using mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and multicultural counseling.
