She's very caring doctor. Staff well some are great others not so much. Wait is long. She spends the time needed and will explain or suggest what changes the patient needs to change to help themselves along with her care. She is knowledgeable but has trouble with staff to give her the help she needs to get the patient prescriptions or recommended needs.

Dr Pollard has shown genuine concern and care for my mother. She has offered treatment plans and takes everything into consideration. She puts in a considerable amount of effort in helping the patient feel better throughout the illnes. She is an answer to our prayers

Dr. Pollard truly cares about her clients and welfare. She treated me with dignity and great respect. The staff were kind and made sure the orders were fulfilled promptly. The team is very professional and excited when great labs of healing were resulted a round of applause would occur & tears of joy.

5 PLUS HOUR WAIT. EVERY TIME. Staff members bicker and argue with each other in the halls. Patients with an appointment are not seen in order. People that have been there an hour seen before someone who has been there for several hours.

I wouldn't recommend her for any patient. She treats cancer as if it's nothing serious. My dad was in hospital and was diagnosed with lung cancer that spread into his bones. She walked in the room once to tell him and never returned to explain more about it. We tried to get paper work sign by her and she didn't even know how to fill it out she was giving it back to us to fill it out for her. She didn't know anything about my dad's cancer or how to explain anything he was in pain for a very long time. She has no sympothy for any cancer patients. Her office is also a joke filled with clowns I guess it suits her.
