Dr. Esther Connor, MD

The doctor had her own agenda in regards to her speciality and was not an actual liver doctor. She would not listen to me and talked over me.

Excellent patient doctor relationship.

Dr. Talked very fast and with my hearing issues was somewhat difficult for me to keep up with understanding what was being told. I did feel that she was very caring and professional.

I had many questions and comments about my first year of living with celiac disease and felt unheard or rushed through with information that was not helpful or actually related to the questions I asked. I even told the provider with tears how unheard I felt and that I felt she had just thrown information that wasn't really relevant to what I was saying or asking at me. Empathy and compassion were very lacking in the interaction the provider had with me. I am seeking a new specialist elsewhere due to how awful I felt upon leaving the appointment.
