Dr. Esther Hershenbaum, MD

Dr. Hershenbaum was great. We took my mother there over a skin cancer concern. Dr. Hershenbaum was not only knowledgeable and professional but also very warm and caring which alleviated a lot of our fear.

Dr. Hershenbaum took her time to explain everything about my father's skin cancer and even made an appointment for us to see the surgeon. The staff at the front desk was lovely as well, and we left the office feeling like everything would be taken care of.

I have been going to Dr. Hershenbaum for years now and I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. She is very informative and has a great bed side manner. Her staff is always very friendly and helpful. I will continue to go to her as long as she is in practice.

I am very pleased I came to this office. I came for one specific problem, and the doctor offered to do a complete skin exam to screen for skin cancer. I have been to many other dermatologists through the years and was never offered this before. I highly recommend this office.

I have been in to see this doctor twice and both experiences where good. I find her to be very caring and she listens to what I have to say or any questions I may have and gives me detailed answers. The front receptionist is always friendly. I've so far have yet to have a bad experience with this office.

Visit #3 Nurse asks why I am there. I tell her because I was asked to come back. Visit #3 Same nurse asks why I am there. I tell her because I was asked to come back and ask if she doesn't have a record of why that is.The nurse gives me a look that I find inappropriate and am tells me that "90%" of people have something else they are there for in addition to the reason they scheduled the appointment for. She then walks out of the room and clearly says "Oh Lord. Patients." while shaking her head.It is clear that some of the front office staff need some training. If they treat patients like this they will find other doctors.

I thought the doctor was great and so was the staff. The doctor answered whatever questions I had and explained my diagnosis so that I could understand what was going on. I thought the front desk receptionist was very pleasant as well as her assistant.

I have no qualms with Dr. Herschenbaum. But her front receptionists are absolutely abysmal. Rude, unprofessional, discourteous, and they clearly don't care about anything with the exception of leaving work on-time.

I went to Dr. Hirshbaum for a body check and then when I developed something on my leg. She is very professional, thorough, and personable. I also though her staff was very professional. I am not sure who the bad reviewer met, but it was not the same dotor I met. She was also prompt, very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her.
