Have messaged and called so many times. Doesn’t answer and doesn’t seem to actually read messages through. Sent the wrong prescription to the wrong pharmacy even though I sent the address and every detail. I got a new medication and had terrible reactions to it and she wouldn’t answer or help me. Been on hold as we speak for the third time for 30 minutes. Changing doctors

I presented to Dr. Kim with a timeline of my illness and severe symptoms. I have never before met such a callous doctor. Although I complained to her that I had lost twenty pounds in two weeks, could not sleep at night due to violent coughing fits, and could not work or leave the house for a month, she sent me home with no medication, no diagnosis, no tests, and no follow up. Needless to say, I had a very dangerous undiagnosed case of whooping cough with secondary pneumonia. Not only did Dr. Kim fail to diagnose me, she is the rudest physician I have encountered.

Dr. Kim treats her patients as though they well liked friends or members of her family. She is very thorough and makes me think she really cares.

I wouldn't see anyone else.

I've been seeing Dr. Kim for years now and I have never had a problem. I wouldn't see anyone else!

Dr. Kim was extremely brusque with me. She spent very little time with me and from her questions it was obvious she never looked at my file. She ignored documentation and gave her and did not listen to my complaints. Consequently, I was misdiagnosed. I suffered greatly before I sought care with another doctor and eventually began to improve.
