Dr. Esther Lipstein-Kresch, MD

Dr. Lipstein's visit was worth a 2 month wait. I was looking for a female perspective, tired of dealing w/ aloof, insensitive male docs. I found Dr. Lipstein to be professional, insightful, seasoned in her area of specialty , and compassionate. There was a friendly and upbeat atmosphere between and among patients and staff in the office. Furthermore, despite the large size of this practice, staff members were courteous, efficient and made eye contact with patients, unlike many of the large -sized practices I've recently been to and have been turned off by.

After waiting over an hour to see her (both times) and describing conditions that have cropped up and continue to cause pain and annoyance (sudden clicking & grinding of joints), her answer repeated response was "that doesn't bother me." I finally had to tell her it bothered me, but not as much as her dismissive (but polite) attitude. Too many patients, too little time for considered answer and exploration of other than the most invassive solutions.
