long delays in scheduling the biopsy and no follow up by her staff after procedure the scar is large for a biopsy and not a clean cut so healed unevenly

Dr Rhei is an amazing person & surgeon. Her "bedside" manor with her patients is outstanding. I have had the pleasure of dealing with her twice in the last 15 years. She was my mother's surgeon as well as mine. I would highly recommend her to anyone going thru breast cancer.

I went to Dr. Rhei for a second opinion. She took the time I need to understand everything she thought I needed to have done. From the minute she walked in the exam room, I was at ease. I soon realized she was "regular", I have often felt the doctors I have seemed superior to me. Dr. Rhei never makes me wait, she takes my call, even calling mye back from out of state on the weekend. I wish Dr. Rhei could be my primary care physician.

I never was in need to see any surgeon,because never was sick.Well,the cancer hit me and I was scared to death.I met with Dr.Rhei today and my life came back to normal,she made me to feel extreamly confortable,took her time to explain EVERY THING!AND IN SUCH AN EASY LANGUAGE,that even I(being foreiner),understood her and I am glad she will be the one who is going to do my surgery.WHAT A PLEASANT PERSON AND DOCROR!

I've had 2 breast surgeries performed by Dr. Rhei. She is the best!!! She treats patients and their family with the upmost respect. My favorite part is that last minute before going to sleep when she stands next to the patient and gently massages your hand and says "we'll see you soon - everything is going to be great". It's bed side manner that most doctors can't ever learn. Love her!!
