Dr. Tompkins is great.

This woman was my son's rehab doc. She was always rude and arrogant. I had filed a complaint once on her before when I had enough but they set me up with her for an appointment again. I assumed she would be okay maybe since the complaint because they may have gotten to her and told her to behave. I went and once again, rude and arrogant. She had written a script for my son to receive a wheelchair and afo's. I went to the front and asked if I could get a new rehab doc same clinic at children's and if I did would it affect his script. They said everything would be fine. I said I had enough of her so they changed my doc....same clinic. He got his afo's pretty fast apparently before she got word of us switching. Wheelchairs take way longer. Cone time for his wheelchair to come in and nothing. Finally company called and said it was on last step, her final signature to be delivered. She refused to sign her own prescription order! So because it went back because she started off stating well… I'm not his doctor. Now his disability Medicaid says he obviously doesn't need one because she didn't sign final. But she wrote the script in the first place. Because of her self loving arrogant uncaring crappy behavior this time, our son w spastic quadrapalegic cerebral palsy w high tone will not be getting a wheelchair for easily half a year after he was suppose to because all the confusion from her refusing to sign! She is a horrible person that should not work with any living thing much less children. Not to mention things she has said and done before this.
