I miss my DrAroca need to find is new office ,new address!!!!!!

Dr Aroca is the most caring physician I’ve ever met. In an age where the company pushes them to only spend 15 minutes per patient, he will spend an hour if you need it. In the first visit both he and the nurse turned my health around. That was over a year ago and the care continues to be top notch. I see people complaining about the staff but they go above and beyond, too. I have zero complaints.

I live in an area in which healthcare is poor. Dr. Aroca is the fourth PCP I have seen in an effort to find good care. Dr. Aroca is a superior physician and I plan to stay with him. The initial examination was the most thorough I have ever received. I spent over an hour with him and he went through my past medical history for the last several decades. Followup visits were equally thorough and he spends at least a half hour with me. He is on top of medications and spends time to teach me the meaning of any findings. I recommend him highly.

Dr Aroca was very thorough and in depth for my first visit as a new patient. Staff on the other hand, well, they need some customer relations skills. I tried to explain the process to obtain my medical records from Jefferson University Hospital but they would not listen and kept pushing other forms at me. So I don't know if my records will be down here when I have my next appointment.

I love Dr Aroca; however his staff is rude and incompetent. They have screwed up prescriptions, canceled appointments and never return a call. I spend a minimum of 45 minutes on hold when I call the office. I've been in the office and watch the staff talk and joke while calls stack up on hold. Today I am looking for a new physician as one of his staff told me I should seek a new PCP when I told them they created a situation where I could not get my prescription for meds prior to my business travel. Worst office staff ever and they should be fired.

He is a physco who shoots up steroids he prescribes himself and us in a relationship with 5 dif woman who he prescribes adrderal and other prescriptions to illegally without them being his patient. These are all struggling moms that he uses to take advantage of because of there drug habits so that he may control them. Without him knowing do an investigation in the prescriptions in his name that he's prescribed and you will find the truth. I can give countless incidents where he ruins peoples lives to gain control over them by attacking there weekness and leaving them worse off than they ever were. He gets them cell phones drugs and nice things them when he's done he takes it all and looks for his next victim.
