Extremely well informed , professional and great experience. Amazing manner and breadth of knowledge. Would very enthusiastically recommend. My medical history is complex and he was very knowledgeable and had reviewed my chart prior to my arrival.

Before the proceedure, Dr. Bortniker answered all my questions in plain English that I easily understood. He then stopped by in recovery after the procedure and made sure I understood his findings and recommendations. He is a very kind and approachable person with a good sense of humor to put you at ease.

Everyone at this office was pleasant & professional, and I can't remember having a better experience with any other physician. My appointment was on time and Dr. Bortniker was very concise in his explanation and treatment plan, and was able to schedule a diagnostic procedure for me two days later. Well done to all!

I just moved to California and needed to get established with a Gastroenterologist and so glad I found Dr Bortniker. The appointment was amazing! The Dr and staff were all so nice. Dr Bortniker has excellent bed side manner and was very calming and reassuring. He explained everything very well and made sure I felt comfortable with his plan of care. I didn’t feel rushed at all.
