Dr. Burns studied my complete medical history which was quite comprehensive. He clearly explained new therapies that were being explored in the literature. Though they were not immediately applicable to my case at the moment, I appreciated having the knowledge of these treatments. He clearly values patient education.

Since there is no box for Excellent, I will write. Dr. Burns has always put me at ease to raise questions and give input. He is efficient with options and plans for followup. I would hope many other patients experience the same level of care.

Dr. Burns was very attentive to my concerns and seemed to have a plan that should give some answers to those concerns. He clearly communicated with me what he thinks might be the issue and how to determine what it may/may not be.
