Dr. Ethan Adair Chapin, MD

In the later part of 2017 my wife was admitted to Jupiter Medical Center emergency room where this man called a doctor Ethan Chapin proceeded to inject the full dose of Fentanyl my wife has been on the Fentanyl patch prescribed by her oncologist to be changed every 48 hrs.I let the nurse and doctor know of her fentanyl patch that was initiated that morning. Chapin proceeded to top off another injection of MORE fentanyl which sent my wife into major illusa nations which led to her death that evening. I didn’t pursue any further action only to have my wife R I P .If I am admitting for any reason at JMC emergency room I will suggest NOT to have Chapin as my doctor. P.S. much more to this very sad demise.

Dr. Chapin was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to fully explain things to us. This is sometimes hard to find and really put us at ease during a scary time. Loved seeing a physician with a high level of education and training and not an ARNP or PA. Dr. Chapin is fantastic!

Was seen by Dr Chapin at Jupiter Med ER felt very comfortable and went way out to make me comfortable and well cared for! Thank you to the Nurses also.
