Dr. Ethan Ben Kass, DO

I have severe anxiety, depression and PTSD due to a death in my family. Dr. Kass has been there for my husband and I from day one. His assistant Pam has gone out of her way to help guide us through the pandemic as it has been difficult for everyone. They are a very busy office and try to accommodate everyone as it has not been an easy year for all of us. I love that they ALWAYS return your call!

Very unprofessional and unorganised staff. Waste of time, efforts, and money! They talk down to you and have no idea how to run a professional practice. Specifically Pam, is completely incompetent and gives you the run around. Save yourself and find another doctor who's staff are actually professionalamd truly care about their patients. Do NOT recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Kass for many years. I went to two others, what morons, then I was so lucky to have found him. He listens attentively and you can talk to him about meds. You can ask him about what he thinks about this or that. Pam, the office manager is so kind and comforting. She will do all she can too help you with your needs. Thé BEST

Dr. Kass is one of the kindest, patient doctors I know. He is available at anytime and walks you through your darkest fears. He rationalizes with you so you can understand and he can treat you. You can cry and laugh with him, very empathetic to your needs.

I have found him and the people in his office to be both professional and caring. I would not change. If I had to he is that good, that I would pay for his services. My biggest fear is someday I'll be here and he'll have moved on. No one else like him.

i called to make an appointment and the recepcionist was nasty, i called for my son in law because is close to the house and she hang up the phone on my and after that send me to the voivce mail, i will never recoment this place, after as a patient i need respect , how people will trust in a doctor that have asholes working for them!!!! their workers are the image from the owner, maybe is a same nasty as the recepcionist!!!!!!
