Please don't go there, very rude, unprofessional. My son needs to use the restroom when we arrive to the building on his first appointments and she said, he cant use the restroom here I'm in the middle of the section find another place where he can go... maybe in the library.... What library? I drove an hour to be there and I don't know this place...a month later finally answered my calls and her tone very rude, replied I'm working on your son evaluation and hang up on me. Please don't go there...

Dr Hetrick is old fashion. She does things like they did 30 years ago but i liked her and she is the only one close that would except my insurance .

I was appalled at the way she treated me. I was not aware how to schedule an appointment, so I walked in to asked a few questions. I attempted to shake her hand and she disregarded me. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unapproachable.
