My several visits with this doc it wasn’t that pleasant by his aggorant attitude threw every negative remarks without finding a way make patient like myself feel better….Extremely unprofessional! This was one of reasons I had to put it aside away with my heaviest traumatic nightmare for almost a year via those rude awakening faculty staff wouldn’t do a thing for patients and never going take any health insurance make it rather difficult by raising up highest costs being extremely unfair! Devastating to know that there is nothing else they will do something to help patient out for myself with tremendous pain! I am not sure if I will give him second chance after he betrayed my trust ;(. Not recommended

My experience with this ankle foot specialist and surgeon has been most terrifying and the worst time of my life dealing with everything wasn’t resolved which he left me suffering with tremendous pain related to my extremely severe trimalleolar nor bimalleolar ankle fracture dissolution complications left me being indecisive over three choices from what he gave me wasn’t helpful enough. He has no bedside manners and always been extremely unprofessional know how to throw every tantrums causing patients like me feel betrayed with painful & discomfort position! It’s not worth of your time putting up with someone who has no knowledge from lacking of respect acted like no human with very cold hearted! Don’t go to any of his office locations from Miami Beach and Aventura they will not going do anything to help patients out with out take insurance going find a way lurk for money than providing patient care system it’s the worst with no courtesy help! Please do a favor to save yourself… away from those rude awakening and disaster orthopedic office!!!!

I was referred to Dr Vulcano by my primary care doctor after a totally botched foot surgery perfomed by a podiatrist (I wich I had know the difference between an orthopedic doctor and a podiatrist). The doctor is as good as a doctor can get. wonderful personality to top his miraculous hands. I also had a great experience at Mount Sinai before and after surgery allowing me to recover well
