Etzer M. Augustin, MD

Etzer M. Augustin, MD, is a radiation oncologist trained in advanced radiation therapy for cancer care. He earned his medical degree from Florida State University and continued his training at the University of Florida, where his radiation oncology work has included proton therapy, stereotactic treatment, brachytherapy, radiopharmaceuticals and MR-guided radiation therapy. Dr. Augustin also brings earlier surgical experience from thoracic and cardiovascular surgery at the University of Florida, general surgery training at The Brooklyn Hospital Center and surgical internship at Orlando Regional Medical Center. His academic work includes peer-reviewed publications and presentations on pediatric salivary gland tumors, adenoid cystic carcinoma, breast cancer, brain metastases and other oncologic topics.
